Autumn is about learning to let go of stress and improve lung function through Pranayama (breath work) whilst also learning to align movement with the breath. Explore Vinyansa yoga (flow with breath) a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. We will be focusing on improving our Lung function and respiration on all levels in connection with the Large Intestine and elimination.
